Position Overview

The Terraces of Boise, one of 13 HumanGood communities honored by U.S. News & World Report as a "Best Nursing Home", is hiring a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Our RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”

Shift Details

Full-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Pay: $40–$46 per hour (DOE) + $2.00 per hour Night Shift Differential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiate and supervise the plan of care as needed.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and hold team members accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care preferred.
