Job summary

The Terraces of Boise, part of HumanGood communities, is seeking a Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. Responsibilities include conducting nursing evaluations and coordinating care to support residents’ daily life rhythms.

The role offers shift coverage Wed, Thu, Sat from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with pay ranging from $40–$46 per hour (DOE) plus a $2 night differential. Benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

The Terraces of Boise, part of HumanGood communities, is hiring a Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents while incorporating our Philosophy for Person‑Directed Care.

Schedule: Wed., Thu., Sat. 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Pay: $40–$46 /hr. (DOE) plus $2.00 /hr night shift differential.
