Job summary

Terraces of Boise - a HumanGood community is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. You will oversee the total nursing care of residents, guided by our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

Qualifications

Full‑time Registered Nurse – Skilled Nursing

The Terraces of Boise, part of HumanGood communities, is hiring a Full‑time Registered Nurse (RN) for its Skilled Nursing team. RNs are responsible for the total nursing needs of residents while incorporating our Philosophy for Person‑Directed Care.

Schedule: Wed., Thu., Sat. 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Pay: $40–$46 /hr. (DOE) plus $2.00 /hr night shift differential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm.
• Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments.
• Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care.
• Develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute or sub‑acute care is preferred.
