Job summary

Saint Luke's East Hospital NICU is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the unit on a part-time basis. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced newborn intensive care environment. Weekend 2-12 overnight shifts are part of the schedule.

The successful candidate demonstrates proficiency in the nursing process, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and provides supervision of auxiliary staff as needed. A current RN license and ADN are required.

Qualifications

• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Associate degree in nursing (ADN) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide patient care.
• Perform direct patient care and supervise other patient care staff as needed.
• Coordinate the plan of care for a group of assigned NICU patients and consult with the health care team.

Saint Luke's East Hospital is looking for a talented Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

Position : Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

Shift Details: Weekend Work Program (2-12 overnight weekend shifts)

In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
