Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced RN for a NICU contract in Cincinnati, delivering specialized care to critically ill neonates. The role requires an active RN license and at least one year in a Level III/IV NICU, with NRP and BLS certifications.

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years NICU RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Required Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and document the condition of neonates and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform procedures as prescribed by physicians
• Provide emotional and educational support to families during intensive care stays
• Collaborate effectively with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure accurate, detailed record-keeping and documentation in accordance with facility policies and legal regulations
• Maintain a safe, developmentally supportive environment for infants
• Participate in rounds, care conferences, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives

$2,420 - $2,560/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
