Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC in Nashville, TN, seeks a PRN Night RN to support NICU Float Pool at Saint Thomas Midtown and Rutherford facilities. You will implement and monitor patient care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and carry out physician and nurse orders in a fast-paced per-diem setting.

Minimum requirements include TN RN license (or multi-state), BLS within 30 days, NRP and STABLE within 6 months, and a diploma from an accredited nursing program.

Qualifications

• Active RN license from TN Board or multi-state license.
• BLS certification obtained within 30 days of hire.
• NRP certification and S.T.A.B.L.E. program within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care across teams.
