Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a PRN Night RN in Nashville, TN, to work in a Midtown hospital's Mother/Baby department. You will implement and monitor patient care plans and coordinate multidisciplinary care to support mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities include assisting with discharge planning and ensuring alignment with care plans. Required licensure and certifications are listed below; postpartum experience is preferred, with BLS, NRP, and STABLE certs within designated timeframes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure from Tennessee Board or multi-state license.
• BLS certification within 1 month.
• Certifications in Neonatal Resuscitation and The S.T.A.B.L.E. Program within 6 months.
• Postpartum experience preferred.
