Job summary
SoftPath Medical seeks a Neonatal ICU Nurse to join its Level III NICU team for night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM). The role requires immediate bedside assessment, ventilator management, and collaborative care for critically ill newborns in a high-acuity unit.
The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and bedside nurses to monitor and support fragile neonates, ensuring optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a Level III NICU.
- Current BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
- Must hold Ohio RN license or Compact State license.

- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Must possess a permanent Ohio Registered Nurse license or a Compact State Registered Nurse license.
