Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an ADN or BSN.
• Current RN license or eligibility to obtain RN license in practicing state.
• BLS or Heartsaver CPR AED certification with renewal within required periods.
• NCLEX must be passed within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Participate in formal orientation with hands-on training and simulations.
• Deliver patient care under supervision of experienced nurses per protocols.

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Education

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Licensure

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility to obtain an RN license in the practicing state
• Association* accredited course in Basic Life Support (BLS) (for clinical staff), or Heartsaver CPR AED (for nonclinical staff), and renewal on a regular basis, with up to a three-month grace period after the expiration date.
