Job summary

North Country Healthcare in New Hampshire is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to manage individualized patient care and collaborate with physicians and the care team. You will support patients and families, supervise staff, and report to the Nurse Manager and Chief Nursing Officer.

Requirements include NH RN license, BLS & ACLS (PALS preferred), and strong communication and organizational skills. Competitive pay and a commencement bonus are offered.

Job description

This position is eligible for a commencement bonus of $7,500.00, with 50% payable at or around the hire date and the remaining 50% payable after six (6) months of continuous employment.

This position is built for 24 hours of work while being paid for 32 hours.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for managing individualized patient care by promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families; and supervising assigned team members. The RN is responsible to their Nurse Manager and ultimately, Chief Nursing Officer.

Essential Requirements:

Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing. Current NH License and BLS & ACLS certifications required, PALS (preferred). Must be proficient in oral and written communication skills and have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills. Current clinical experience preferred.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

All new hires are required to attend a mandatory three-day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. This orientation provides essential training, compliance information, and an introduction to our organizational culture to ensure a smooth and successful transition into your role. Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion.

Additionally, if Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
