Job summary

Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, ME seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for Medical-Surgical, full-time night shifts (7p-7a, 12-hour). New graduate friendly with a structured residency program, hands-on training, and dedicated preceptor support to build confidence and clinical skills.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, ongoing assessments, medication administration, patient education, and accurate documentation, with emphasis on safety, HIPAA compliance, and effective communication

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• BLS certification required upon hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification preferred within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Prior acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

• Communicate changes in condition and diagnostic results to physicians.

Qualifications
