Job summary

Exeter Hospital, now part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, offers a year-long Nurse Residency Program designed to build foundational nursing competencies. As a Magnet designated hospital, you will be supported by preceptors, nurse educators, and managers while delivering high-quality patient care.

The program accepts new graduate nurses and those with up to 6 months of experience; BSN preferred and NH RN licensure required with BCLS certification within 30 days. Pay range listed in posting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse – NH or other compact state.
• BCLS certification within 30 days for select positions.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a year-long Nurse Residency Program.
• Receive orientation and training across Med-surg, Telemetry, PCU, and ED holds.
• Collaborate with preceptors, nurse educators, and managers to develop clinical competencies.
• Contribute to patient care and interdisciplinary teamwork.
