Job summary

Exeter Hospital, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a registered nurse for our 34-bed Medical/Surgical unit. This full-time night-shift position provides professional nursing care and coordinates care planning with other disciplines.

BSN preferred; NH RN license (or compact) and BCLS certification required or within 30 days of hire; 1 year Med-Surg experience preferred. Sign-on bonus eligible up to $5,000.

The average length of stay is 3–4 days, with patient ratios of 5:1 on days and typically 6:1 on nights. This fast-paced unit offers a collaborative environment and opportunities to build strong clinical skills while delivering exceptional patient care.Requirements:BSN preferred; RN license – N.H. state or any other compact state.BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire1 year previous RN experience in a Medical Surgical setting strongly preferred.Pay Range:$35.00 – $63.15The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
