Concordia Lutheran Ministries' Home Health RN role puts you at the heart of personalized, one-on-one patient care, conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans with physicians, patients, and families. You’ll provide treatments such as IV starts, wound care, and chest tube management, educate patients and families, and monitor conditions with strong clinical assessment skills.

• Home care experience recommended.
