Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses in Western Pennsylvania seeks a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one patient care in patients' homes. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans with physicians, and manage treatments, IV starts, wound care, and patient education.

Strong clinical assessment and time-management skills are essential; autonomy and compassionate communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state.
• Minimum one year of recent RN clinical experience recommended.
• Home health experience recommended.
