Job summary

Concordia Visiting Nurses in Western Pennsylvania seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver one-on-one home health care. You will perform thorough assessments, collaborate with physicians and families, and develop individualized care plans.

The role offers autonomy with flexible scheduling, paid training, competitive benefits (health, dental, vision, life and a 403(b) with employer match), plus PTO and holidays. One year of clinical experience and home care background are preferred.
