Job Summary and Qualifications

This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.

We are seeking a dynamic ICU RN to join our team. You will care for our sickest patients, including those on ventilators and various drips, in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Serving as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality.
• Instructing patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Providing high-focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation.
• Associate Degree; BSN preferred.
• 1-3 years’ experience as RN in acute care preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• CCRN preferred.
