The Clinical Registered Nurse supports the care enhancement program by providing high-quality telephonic support efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring excellent care. The nurse collaborates with Primary Care Providers and other healthcare team members to manage healthcare effectively, ensuring resource utilization and quality outcomes. Responsibilities include early identification of at-risk participants and intervening per disease management guidelines.
Supervised by an Operations Manager, all clinicians participate in orientation, competency reviews, and annual testing.
