CO01 Southern Illinois Hospital Services Inc. is hiring nurses to provide professional care for SIH patients across several units, with licensure in Illinois and current CPR/BLS. ACLS within 6 months of hire is required, with additional certifications such as TNCC/TNS and ECRN expected by 2026.

This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and opportunities for growth. The position supports float to SIH units as needed, contributing to patient safety, documentation, and quality

Formación

• Associate, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Nursing.
• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR/BLS Card.
• ACLS card within 6 months of hire.
• TNCC or TNS required effective 6/2026.
• ECRN within 24 months of hire required effective 6/2026.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs.
• Provide compassionate environment and support to patient and families.
• Plan and evaluate an individual care plan with the multidisciplinary team.
• Teach and counsel to promote health.
• Document timely in patient records.
• Contribute to policies and procedures for patient safety and quality.
• Supervise licensed practic­al nurses and unlicensed staff as needed.
• Float to other SIH nursing units within competency level.
