Job summary

Quality Talent Group has a client in the healthcare sector seeking Registered Nurses to join a mission-driven system serving a large community. This RN role offers both full-time and part-time options with Day/Night shifts and a focus on comprehensive patient care across multiple specialties.

Ideal candidates hold a current RN license, BLS certification, and can work independently while collaborating with a diverse clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or a compact license.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers about assessed learning needs and resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
