Job summary

Quality Talent Group's client, a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join a mission‑driven team. Day and night shifts are available, with flexible scheduling and opportunities across multiple specialties.

Active RN license in state of employment (or compact license) and BLS certification are required. You will provide comprehensive nursing care, document care, educate patients, and collaborate with an experienced care team to improve patient

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
