Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting Registered Nurses for a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers nationwide, 50,000 Associates and 15,000 physicians. Day and night shifts across multiple specialties are available.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care, monitor medications, educate patients, and document care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Active RN license and BLS are required; generous benefits accompany these roles.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
