Quality Talent Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a nonprofit health system serving thousands of patients across multiple centers. Multiple specialties are available with flexible scheduling in full-time or part-time shifts.

The team emphasizes comprehensive nursing care, education for patients and families, and collaborative, patient‑centered care. RNs must hold an active license in the employing state (or a compact license) and possess BLS.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
