Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for multiple specialties in Louisiana. Roles include both full‑time and part‑time opportunities with day or night shifts to accommodate flexible staffing needs.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the applicable state (or compact license) and a current BLS certification, with the ability to work independently within a collaborative clinical team to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
