Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a nonprofit health system with 600 centers across multiple states. The roles offer multiple specialties, with full-time or part-time options and day or night shifts in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will deliver comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process, document care, and educate patients and families. An active RN license in the state or a compact license and BLS certification are required, with opportunities

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
