Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties in a nonprofit health system with extensive community presence. Roles include full and part time opportunities with Day/Night shifts and a strong emphasis on delivering comprehensive patient care.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in Texas or a compact state, possess BLS, and can work both independently and within a collaborative team to support long‑term patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing effectiveness and side effects.
• Address psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
