Quality Talent Group represents a non-profit health system with more than 600 centers across multiple states. They seek dedicated Registered Nurses to join their mission-driven team in Beaumont, Texas.

Roles include Day/Night shifts with Full Time or Part Time options and opportunities across multiple specialties. As an RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve strong patient

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
