Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting for a client, a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers, to hire Registered Nurses for day and night shifts. The role emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and clinical excellence across multiple specialties.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in the state or a compact license, and BLS. This position offers flexible scheduling options and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
