• Active RN license in state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and resources.
• Make assignments and delegate tasks to support team-based care.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS:
