A leading healthcare provider in Seattle is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Tele Float position. The role requires flexibility with shifts and strong experience in telemetry and acute care. Ideal candidates must have ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications. This full-time position involves working nights and requires at least 2 years of experience. Holiday RTO Restrictions: Travelers can have 1 of 3 major holidays, and 3 days additional RTO non-holiday days (not blocked) during specific weeks.
Requirements include working all scheduled shifts with no scheduling requests outside approved RTO, ratios of 1:5-6, at least 2 years of experience, ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications, and proficiency in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias. First-timers are not accepted. Flexibility with every other weekend is requested. No on-call required. Clinicians may float within scope, and a block schedule is not accommodated. Local candidates are accepted within N/A radius, and compact licenses are accepted with requirements.
Special requirements: Avoid travel pairs; high volume of peripheral nerve catheters on ortho floors; must pass a fill-in-the-blank test at orientation.

Total Beds: 500, covering acute care and telemetry units including Behavioral Health and Respite. Experience in Ortho, Neuro-Stroke, Cardiac Telemetry required.
Scrubs: Any solid color, light blue provided on unit; OR scrubs provided.
Charting: Epic (hard stop)
Parking: Cost varies daily.
Shift details: Night 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30).
Overtime: 1.2x for hours over 40/week; holiday hours do not count toward weekly OT.
Major holidays include New Year's Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Juneteenth, with specified hours and comments on daylight savings adjustments.
