Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift, full-time, 36 hours per week. You will perform essential patient care tasks under RN supervision, following established procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Requirements include IL RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within 6 months, C-EFM within 1 year, NRP within 6 months, and a BSN within five years if ADN was earned. Mother Baby experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN is highest degree, must graduate with BSN within five years of start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure
• Current CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross)
• ACLS certification within 6 months of start date
• C-EFM certificate within 1 year
• NRP certification within 6 months; 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred

• Performs patient care tasks under supervision to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights

Location: Naperville, IL

Full Time: 36 hours/ week

Hours: Nights 7 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends and rotating holidays

What you will do

Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patient.

What you will need

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing ; If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
• Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position
• 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred
