Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a part-time Licensed Practical or Registered Nursing professional to join our Elmhurst, IL team. You will perform patient care tasks under RN supervision, ensuring safety and comfort for patients during night shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays.

The role requires IL RN licensure, CPR, ACLS, C-EFM, and NRP certs within specified timelines. Opportunities for PTO, benefits, and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and valid IL RN license.
• Current CPR certification (AHA/Red Cross).

• 2 years Mother Baby experience preferred.

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Elmhurst, IL

• Part Time: 24 hours/ week

• Hours: Nights 7 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends and rotating holidays

What you will do:

• Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patient.

What you will need:

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing ; If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

• Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position

• Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position

• 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred
