Job summary

EndeavorHealth in Naperville, IL is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a Level III unit. This full-time role is 36 hours per week with night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, Sunday through Saturday, including rotating holidays. Occasional floating to Peds/PICU, SCN, and Mother Baby may occur.

A $25,000 sign-on bonus applies for eligible candidates with NICU experience. Required are an Associate Degree or higher in Nursing, an Illinois RN license, and BLS through AHA.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

EndeavorHealth is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

• Sign On Bonus: $25,000 for candidates with at least 18 months of experience within NICU clinical specialty (with parameters)
• Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) 35 bed unit with strong family centered care and single room setup
• Location: Naperville, IL
• Full time - 36 hours/week
• Hours: Nights 7 PM - 7 AM Sunday through Saturday and rotating holidays required
• Travel Required: Occasional floating into Peds/PICU, SCN and Mother Baby

What you will need:

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
• If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September1,2021)
• At least 1 years of experience in Level III/IV NICU setting
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current BLS through AHA
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into position
