Job summary

Concordia Lutheran Ministries is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Canonsburg to provide compassionate, patient-centered in-home care. You will conduct thorough assessments and collaborate with physicians, patients, and families to develop individualized care plans.

Typical duties include wound care, IV starts, and chest tube management, with emphasis on education and empowering patients and families to manage their health conditions and self-care.
