Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is an 80-bed full-service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, AR, providing quality health care to Arkansas residents since 1985. We specialize in mental health and addiction treatment services, developing integrated delivery systems through partnerships with hospitals, mental health centers, educational institutions, and other health organizations. Our goal is to set the standard for excellence in behavioral health care by treating each patient with respect and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a behavioral health setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Arkansas RN license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current CPR or BLS certification.
• Ability to work harmoniously with patients, families, and staff.
• Preferred: at least one year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting with patients aged 5-65+.
