They expertly provide Wound Care Management; Oxygen Therapy; Compression Therapy; Intravenous Therapy; Tracheostomy Care; Enteral Feeding; Medication Management and Education; Complex Medical Care; 24/7 Nursing Care; Post-Surgical Care; Restorative Nursing Care; Pain Management; Hospice Care; and Palliative Care Consults. We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm and Weekends 7pm-7am (Full Time)

Job and Responsibilities:

• Manage the nursing care for all patients in the cardiology unit during your shift
• Delegate the shift’s tasks to all of the nurses in the unit and coordinate with physicians who might need assistance
• Recognize changes in patients’ condition and respond appropriately
• Supervise Nursing Aides as they complete their assigned tasks and point out any changes or improvements that need to be made
• Detect any issues that could result in injuries or other difficulties for patients or staff members
• Inform physicians of any changes in patients’ progress, condition or medicinal needs
  
  
  

Required qualifications:

• Graduate of approved Registered Nurse (RN) Program. Masters MSN preferred
• Previous experience as an RN in an acute care/long term care setting is strong preferred.
• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania.
