Wellpath is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in our Kentucky facility. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurses, apply the nursing process, and support patient education and comfort.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan individual treatment programs with Charge Nurses and staff.
• Administer medications and assist with diagnostic tests and minor procedures.
• Count controlled substances and follow policies for care provisions.
• Document nursing encounters using SOAP when required and attend trainings.
• Communicate information to nursing staff, physicians, and supervisors.
