MedSurg Float Pool
24 Hours (Night / Every Third Weekend)
The Med/Surge Float RNs provide 24/7 clinical excellence for med/surge and IMCU areas. The team consists of approximately 60 RN staff with diverse clinical expertise. Nurses must be flexible and versatile. They enjoy the challenge of the variety of experiences that the float pool provides. Float pool nurses care for medical and surgical adult and pediatric (over 15) populations as well as the IMCU patient population after specialized classes and training, and Patients in the Observation unit. Float pool nurses rise to the challenge of opening and staffing surge units when necessary. Working in the float pool hones your med-surge skills and provides a clinical overview of BMC that is unparalleled in any other med/surge area.

Medical Surgical Compensation Range: $38.05- $75.33
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
