Job summary

Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool to deliver patient-centered care across multiple units, collaborating with the health care team to uphold safety, quality, and compassionate service.

This 24-hour shift position (7a-7p and 7p-7a, every other weekend) requires a nursing degree and MA RN license with BLS and ACLS; BSN within four years preferred. Competitive pay and extensive benefits accompany career growth in a Magnet-recognized system.

Compensation Range:

$38.86- $80.77

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
