Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Float Pool to deliver patient-centered care across units. You will be supported by a clinical nursing organization and have opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven system.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, care coordination, and contributing to quality improvement. Requirements include an RN license in MA, BLS and ACLS, and a nursing degree with BSN preferred.

36 Hours (7a-7p and 7p-7a), Every Other Weekend
As an RN in the Float Pool, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve.
$38.86- $80.77
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
