Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the General Medical Telemetry unit at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview. This full-time day shift runs 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends, totaling 36 hours per week.

Candidates must hold IL RN licensure, be NLN-accredited nursing graduates, and have BLS/CPR certification. Experience in nursing or CNA work is preferred for new graduates, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of a NLN accredited school of nursing required; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR Certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Prior nursing or if new graduate nurse, CNA experience preferred

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

Hourly Pay Range:

$37.25 - $57.74 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
