Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Savannah, GA is seeking a seasoned Med Surg RN to join a dynamic team delivering personalized, evidence-based care across multiple campuses.

You will own the nursing process, build strong connections with patients and families, and participate in performance improvement and governance initiatives while using Epic and 3M systems to document care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required).
• RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications required.
• 2+ years of Med Surg experience.
• Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
