Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced RN to provide comprehensive patient care within an in-home/clinic setting. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree (ASN, Diploma, or BSN) and an Oklahoma RN license or compact license, with BLS due within 30 days of hire. ACLS/PALS/NRP may be needed depending on unit assignments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with ASN, Diploma, or BSN.
• Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma or compact license.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC may be needed depending on unit.

Job description

Role Overview:

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments, upholds patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN)
• Valid RN license in the state or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire
• Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC) may be needed based on unit
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
