Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct patient care within a home health setting. You will use the nursing process to deliver high-quality care, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

The role requires an active RN license in the state or a compact licensure, BLS certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ongoing certifications must be maintained to meet department requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, NRP, or others as required based on department.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, kneeling, and twisting activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
