Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Rogers, AR is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, patient-centered care on a 48-bed Medical Surgical unit.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure in the state or compact license.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required physical tasks.

Responsibilities:

Care for adult patients on a 48-bed Medical Surgical unit managing diverse diagnoses such as pneumonia, sepsis, chronic conditions, and post-operative recovery. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering treatments, wound care, pain management, monitoring for complications, and collaborating with healthcare teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN)
• Current RN licensure in the applicable state or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or TNCC may be required based on unit needs
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform other physical tasks
