You will establish personalized relationships with patients and their support systems, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, and utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to support patients’ health journeys or end-of-life needs.

Qualifications include:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of acute nursing experience.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
