Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in compliance with policies, and to coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts for well-coordinated care.

You will assess patient needs, document conditions, support discharge planning, and educate patients in collaboration with physicians and the healthcare team.

AL licensed, BLS, and at least one year of RN experience expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or eligibility in Alabama.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum of one year RN experience.
