Boston Medical Center (BMC) in Boston is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Critical Care/5W Intermediate Care Unit on Yawkey 6 IMCU. The 36-hour night shifts with rotating weekends offer exposure to complex medical and cardiology patients in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

BMC's Medical Step Down unit is a 38-bed unit Fast paced unit providing critical care for intermediate level medical patients. Patients on this unit are complex medical and cardiology patients, pericardial drains, TAVR patients, trachs, ventilated patients and patients transferred out of the MICU with complex medical issues.
As an RN in the Critical Care unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve.

This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
