ABOUT THE Critical Care/5W Intermediate Care Unit DEPARTMENT AT BOSTON MEDICAL CENTER:
BMC's Medical Step Down unit is a 38-bed unit Fast paced unit providing critical care for intermediate level medical patients. Patients on this unit are complex medical and cardiology patients, pericardial drains, TAVR patients, trachs, ventilated patients and patients transferred out of the MICU with complex medical issues.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As an RN in the Critical Care unit, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve.

Compensation Range:
$38.05- $75.33
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
