Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Medical Group in Bannockburn, IL. The role supports physicians and staff with nursing care, triage by phone, and patient education.

The RN must hold IL licensure, possess an ASN or higher, and have 1 year of nursing experience. BSN preferred; BLS/CPR required. Travel to locations may be needed; full-time hours apply.

Qualifications

• Active IL nursing license required.
• ASN minimum education; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital setting preferred.
• Must be able to travel to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Handle phone triage, review test results, manage medication refills and prior authorizations, and educate patients.
